Other info: No sign-up necessary, students will be transported via buses to their former elementary schools for a visit and then will return to the high school by 11:30 AM.

Tuesday, May 31                               Senior Class Trip
                                                         Laugh Boston, Boston MA

Other Info: Tickets for this trip will be released the week of May, the 2nd- 6th. Space is limited, so tickets will be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Cost of Admission TBD.  Students will have 30 minutes after the show to purchase lunch at Faneuil Hall before boarding the buses to return back to SHS.

Other Info: All Seniors are invited to attend. Dress is semi-formal and dinner will be provided. No guests outside of the Class of 2022 are permitted. Students must be dropped off and picked up; no students are allowed to drive themselves.

Other Info: Students to meet in Large gym by 5:30 PM

We are excited to celebrate the Class of 2022 on Friday, June 3rd! Here is some information about the event:


  • Graduation will begin at 6 p.m.; Gates open at 5:15. All ticketed guests must present their ticket for admittance into the stadium field.
  • All students received 6 tickets for seating and standing room inside the stadium fence and outside the track fence.
  • We do not have any additional tickets given the size of the graduating class.
  • There is seating for wheelchairs on the bleachers and a ramp behind the bleachers, as well as space along the fence.
  • The Center for Performing Arts will also live stream the event on campus for any guest wishing to view from a temperature-controlled, indoor seating location.
  • There are no guests allowed on the track or turf.
  • The ceremony will be available livestreamed on Scituate Community TV's Facebook page. It will be saved to their YouTube page after the event.
  • We hope to keep the ceremony to approximately 90 minutes, but the large class size may extend the event.
  • Photographers will be present to take photos of each senior receiving their diploma, and we will send out ordering information!

ALL NIGHT PARTY - Friday, June 3rd


It's not too late to purchase a ticket to the All Night Party! Please drop a check for $75 made out to "SHS GRAD PARTY" to Ms. Ward at the SHS Main Office no later than Thursday, June 2nd. If cost is prohibitive, please email Jen Lopes at[email protected] to have your name added to the list no later than 6/2.   Some generous community members have donated so that everyone in the Class of 2022 can participate! Don't miss out!


All Night Party Details:
  • 10:00pm MUST CHECK-IN with Principals OUTSIDE THE SHS GYM & LOAD BUS TO STARLAND. 
  • CASUAL, COMFY ATTIRE. NO BAGS.
  • 10:30pm LAST BUS LEAVES SHS. NO DRIVING SELF OR DROP OFFS IN HANOVER PERMITTED
  • CASINO, HOOPS, DJ, DANCING, ARCADE, VR, FOOD, COFFEE, CANDY, GAMES, PRIZES ALL NIGHT LONG. NO MONEY NEEDED.
  • 5:00amPARTY ENDS; FAMILIES PICK-UP AT STARLAND at 637 Washington Street in HANOVER. CARPOOLING IS PERMITTED.
  • In the rare event that a graduate wishes to leave before the party ends, their own legal guardian must enter the venue and sign them out. 
Thanks to the many parents and community members who are working behind the scenes to make this special tradition happen - and to the many businesses who have supported the event. The All Night Party is a labor of love!

YEARBOOK PICTURES

Senior Pictures:

You may use any photographer that you wish for your formal senior portrait. Prices and package options vary widely, so you may want to shop around. If you have your senior portrait photographed by Life Touch Prestige, please email us to let us know. As a suggestion, choose a head and shoulders pose for your yearbook portrait. Please be mindful of appropriate clothing and accessories. Photos used are at the discretion of the advisors and the administration. Student ID photographs are taken each year in school. These will serve as the senior portrait should we not receive your formal portrait by the deadline.

Baby Picture:

You may submit a baby picture from birth to age 5.

Specifications for Pictures:

Both senior and baby pictures need to be a vertical wallet size photo at least 2½" x 3½" and at least 300dpi in color or black and white. Please note we cannot format horizontal photos to fit our template.

Submitting Pictures:

All photos must be digitally submitted through a secure portal.  The submission information was sent to parents and students.  Please check school email.


Senior Quote:

The Deadline For Submitting Your Senior Picture, Baby Picture And Your Senior Quote Is Friday, October 29, 2021.  The submission information was emailed to parents and students.  Please check school email.

The 2022 yearbook team is already working hard to capture the major moments and memories of our school year.  It will surely be a book you are proud of and NOW is the time to reserve your copy.

YEARBOOK DEDICATIONS

Dear Parents/Guardians of SHS SENIORS,

We invite you to commemorate your son or daughter's significant accomplishment of graduating from high school by having your personalized family well wishes be part of the 2022 Yearbook.  You can select from various sizes and types of dedications ranging from a text only dedication to a full-page dedication including pictures.  The deadline for submitting a Yearbook Dedication for your senior student is MARCH 15, 2022.  Don't miss out as space is limited and is sold on a first come first serve basis.

You have two options for submitting a Student Dedication for your graduating son or daughter:

  1. Create your own Senior Student Dedication by following the online steps at Josten website => SENIOR YEARBOOK DEDICATION. See sizing and pricing details attached here as well.

  1. Our Yearbook staff can create the Senior Student Dedication for you.  If you prefer this option, please email Mr. Ranieri at [email protected] to coordinate.

STUDENT RECORDS

Scituate High School will be releasing graduating student’s temporary file at the end of the school year.  If not picked up, these temporary files will be destroyed after one year.   For more information on student records please view the MA Department of Elementary and Secondary Education information:
